Meet Our Team
Peter H. Gebert, President
With more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Peter Gebert founded Franklin Realty Development in 1984 and continues to serve as president.
Commercial projects are located in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Cumberland, Montgomery, Lehigh, Northampton and Atlantic counties with an aggregate value in excess of $600,000,000. In 2008, Mr. Gebert directed Franklin’s entry into the multi-family luxury apartment arena with the development of the 165-unit Residences at Seven Gables project in Carlisle, PA, the 216-unit Residences at Willow Ridge community in Allentown, PA and the most recent project, the 204-unit Harbor Landing complex in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
Christopher A. Whitly, Vice President/Project Manager
With more than 25 years in the commercial and residential construction industry, Chris Whitly started his career working for a small home builder doing “ground-up” residential construction. He moved on to Berks Ridge Company Enterprises, Inc. where he spent 10 years as a superintendent for their commercial and 55+ multi-family projects.
Chris has spent the last 13 years working for Franklin Realty Development Corporation and currently serves as vice president and project manager of various projects.
Roger J. Willcox, Vice President
Roger Willcox is responsible for overseeing the approval, construction and development of Franklin Realty Development Corporation’s multi-family and residential development projects. He began his residential development career in 1985 with Toll Brothers, Inc. as an assistant project manager. Since then, Roger has been directly involved in the design, development, construction and marketing of over 3,100 homes and apartment units. He served in upper level management at the James Lewis Corporation, Westrum Development Company and Southdown Homes.
